Die Kategorie Schnittstellen listet alle Verbindungen zu anderen Systemen auf und ermöglicht je nach Anwendung und Art nur einen einfachen Datentransfer oder auch eine komplexe Integration in vorhandene Datenprozesse. Das AutoDo System bietet zurzeit ca. 200 ein- bzw. ausgehende interne, Partner- und Kundenschnittstellen. AutoDo unterstützt alle verbreiteten Schnittstellen-Architekturen wie z.B. ReST, SOAP, RPC usw. in den verschiedensten Formaten wie CSV, JSON und XML als die drei gängigsten Formate für die Übertragung von Daten zwischen Applikationen und Systemen. Für die Sicherheit der Datenübertragungen und die Zugriffe auf die ein- bzw. ausgehenden Schnittstellen kann AutoDo die jeweils gewünschte und/oder benötigte Authentifizierungsmethode verwenden.

Updates and maintenance are carried out centrally, ensuring that you always use the latest version without needing to update anything yourself. We notify you in advance about planned updates and maintenance work.

The AutoDo system is flexible and scalable, allowing you to represent your individual company structure, even across countries. Specific system accounts are created for each marketing location and integrated into a customized, hierarchical structure based on geographic and strategic criteria.

This hierarchy can include multiple levels, such as:

Yes, the AutoDo system is currently available in over 30 languages and is used by dealers across Europe and worldwide. If you require a specific language setting, please contact our support team. Additionally, using a different currency is not an issue.

Yes, vehicle photos can be imported from various photo sources. Photo service providers can also be granted defined system access for uploading images for shared customers. For financing service providers, AutoDo offers flexible integration options, allowing financing solutions to be directly linked to your vehicles. Contact our support team to discuss the integration of your desired service provider.

Planned buyback vehicles can be added to the AutoDo inventory early on, even through a customized interface. This allows you to manage buyback processes effectively and begin proactive vehicle marketing in a timely manner.

All AutoDo applications are developed entirely in-house, without using external software providers. We host everything on our own servers in Germany, ensuring that your data is processed and stored in compliance with GDPR. You can trust that your data is handled securely and in accordance with data protection regulations.

The free trial version allows you to fully test the vehicle management features. You can manually add vehicles or request a one-time vehicle data import through our support team. For request management, we offer a demo appointment to showcase the simple and intuitive handling of leads. This gives you a comprehensive overview of the functionality and user-friendliness of our solution.

The contract term and cancellation conditions are defined in your individual agreement. Unless otherwise specified, the contract is extended by another 6 months if not canceled with a notice period of four weeks before the minimum contract term ends.

  • Automated Data Integration: We automatically obtain all available vehicle equipment details from major databases, allowing you to market your vehicles with over 1,000 features effortlessly.
  • Analysis Function: The "Vehicle Management" application includes a reporting tool to evaluate the quality of your vehicle data. You can see which features are assigned to your vehicles and whether the assignments have been verified.
  • Status Indicators: A status (red, yellow, green) shows missing or incomplete data, helping you maintain accurate and comprehensive vehicle records at all times.
